A New Game *Now includes a hint

I love movie and tv quotes. My husband likes them almost as much as I do and Siobhan is starting to use them in her daily vernacular as well. To me, a quote from a movie or tv show can be found for any situation. When I was in China, I became so well known for the use of my quotes that at the end of the semester, I was given the 'quote queen' award. So I thought that to kill time until the baby comes and get a little chuckle along the way to take my mind off the fact I'm insanely uncomfortable, I would start a game. So everyday, I'm going to post a quote from a movie or tv show, but I'm not going to tell you who/what it's from. Let me know if you need a hint, I might (probably supply one). All that I need to know is what it came from. I don't need to know who said it or anything like that. If I wanted to be really mean, I would make you tell me who said it, in what scene or which episode and other random trivia. I do that to Carson all the time. But all I need from you guys is what tv show or movie its from. Now lets get started:

'Why are all these people here? There's too many people on this earth, we need a new plague. Who are all these people?'
